Information you choose to submit

The EMP inquiry form asks for contact details and project or space information so EMP can respond. Optional fields may include a phone number, timeline, and budget range. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or private account credentials.

How inquiry information is handled

Inquiry submissions are transmitted through Formspree to EMP. EMP uses the information to review and respond to your request, plan a tour or booking, and maintain necessary business records. EMP does not sell inquiry information.

Website analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. Vercel states that Web Analytics uses anonymized data and no third-party cookies. Conversion events are limited to actions such as booking-link clicks, phone-link clicks, inquiry submission, and audio-preview use; the site does not intentionally attach names, email addresses, or message content to those events.

Booking and payments

A third-party scheduling provider handles Studio A availability and checkout. PayPal handles rehearsal tenant payment links. When you leave the EMP site, the provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply. EMP does not receive or store payment-card data through this website.

Music previews and external media

Release metadata may be checked through a server-side Muso.AI request. Official preview audio and artwork may be served by Apple media domains. Opening Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or Muso.AI takes you to that provider.

Retention and requests

EMP keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project planning, business records, or legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, contact EMP at (817) 721-2467. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
