Booking is confirmed only after acceptance
An inquiry, phone message, or requested date does not by itself reserve a room or session. A booking is confirmed when the online booking platform confirms it or EMP accepts the date and any required payment or written scope.
Studio A sessions
Online booking is the direct route for available, straightforward Studio A sessions. Production, singles, EPs, albums, serious independent artist or band projects, label or management work, outside producer sessions, mixing, mastering, artist development, and other custom work may require scope review and a written estimate before dates are held.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Review the cancellation and rescheduling terms displayed during online checkout or included in your written estimate or rental agreement. Those terms govern the booking. Contact EMP promptly when plans change; approval of a change is not automatic.
Rehearsal tenant payments
Current tenants should use the payment link for the correct facility and include the room number. Payments made after the first of the month without a payment arrangement are considered late and should include the published $50 late fee. The signed rental agreement controls any additional tenant terms.
Short-term rooms and production use
Published four-hour block rates are $50 for the small room, $75 for the medium room, and $100 for the large room. Availability, booking window, setup, strike, guest count, crew, sound, lighting, content production, tour-production requirements, included equipment, and any outside vendors should be confirmed before booking.
Care of facilities and safety
Clients, tenants, crews, and guests must use the facilities lawfully, follow staff instructions, respect other occupants, and avoid creating unsafe conditions or damaging the room, building, or equipment. Specific access, guest, noise, smoking, alcohol, and equipment rules may be included in the applicable agreement.
Personal property
Discuss storage and access terms before leaving property at an EMP facility. Monthly rehearsal rooms and short-term bookings operate under different arrangements. EMP’s responsibility, if any, is governed by the applicable written agreement and law.
Third-party services
Third-party scheduling and payment providers process their respective transactions under their own terms. EMP does not ask customers to place payment-card data in the website inquiry form.

If a term is unclear, pause before paying and contact the applicable EMP phone number. Written confirmation is the best place to resolve scope, timing, access, and deliverables.
