EMP’s 15,000-square-foot Fort Worth rehearsal facility gives local bands and musicians a place to keep their setup assembled and rehearse on their own schedule. Located near I-30 & I-35. The building includes 54 rooms in a range of sizes and price points.

Rooms are designed for musicians, with 10-foot ceilings, storage shelves, plentiful outlets, and options that can accommodate everything from a compact drum setup to a larger full-band rig.

Monthly tenants receive 24-hour access. Monitored surveillance, an easy-load ramp, clean restrooms, vending, Wi-Fi, and on-site repair support keep the basics from getting in the way of practice.
