How do I see Studio A availability and pricing?
Select Book Online to see current Studio A availability and checkout pricing for straightforward sessions. Use the project inquiry for custom production, EP, album, mixing, mastering, and artist-development work.
Should I book online or send an inquiry?
Use online booking for a defined recording block. Send an inquiry when the project needs production planning, multiple songs, a custom timeline, outside players or producers, mixing or mastering scope, or a written estimate.
Can independent artists, bands, labels, managers, and outside producers work with Studio A?
Yes. Studio A welcomes serious independent artists, bands, label teams, managers, and outside producers for artist sessions, full-band tracking, production support, release schedules, mixing, mastering, and recurring project work. Use the project inquiry for scope, dates, and technical requirements.
Can EMP provide session musicians?
Yes, subject to advance notice and the selected player’s availability through the Endurance Music Productions network.
What should I bring?
Bring session-ready instruments, backups for small failure points, clearly labeled files, lyrics or charts, and useful reference tracks. The Long Run has a complete pre-session checklist.

Where are private monthly rooms offered?
EMP operates private monthly rehearsal rooms at 1937 Bomar Ave in Fort Worth and 220 S Circle Dr in Arlington.
Do monthly tenants have 24-hour access?
Yes. Monthly tenants receive 24-hour access to their applicable facility, subject to their rental agreement and facility policies.
How much do monthly rooms cost?
Pricing varies by room size, location, and current availability. Submit the rehearsal availability form or call (817) 721-2467 for the current options.
What if no monthly room is open?
Submit an availability inquiry so EMP can respond with the current status and next step. For occasional or larger rehearsals, the Showcase Room may be a better fit.

Flexible space and visits
How much are EMP’s hourly showcase rooms?
Published four-hour block rates are $50 for the small room, $75 for the medium room, and $100 for the large room. Availability, booking window, equipment, staffing, and production requirements are confirmed before booking.
Can I tour a facility first?
Yes. Tours and site visits are scheduled in advance. Use the inquiry form and select “Facility tour.”
How do current rehearsal tenants pay rent?
Use the Fort Worth or Arlington PayPal link on the tenant payment page. Include your room number. Payments made after the first without an arrangement should include the published $50 late fee.
Where can I find cancellation or privacy information?
Review EMP’s policies page and the terms shown during online checkout, by PayPal, or in a written project estimate. The privacy notice explains website analytics and inquiry handling.
